Costco pisses me off like no other chain. I have accosted many of their employees. The amazing thing is when ever I criticize the company the employees defend it likes it's their family or something. I can't even.

My early dementia stepdad forgot a cartful of items he’d paid for at their Costco, and when I went back with him several days later, they’d put a note on his card that popped up when it was scanned and they made it right. They even grabbed a cart and collected the items for him (they’d been restocked to the shelves by then). Pretty solid stuff from a big chain.
