They are setting Joe up to die. She doesn't want a desk job, and they clearly want her out of the field. All this trouble with her family - I think she will do something dumb on the Iran mission and not make it back.

Her face has been the most jarring thing in this season

Watching S2E1 right now. Sheridan isn’t in the whole season, is he? Seeing him show up in these shows just pulls me right out of them. He’s not a very good actor

Not the whole season but a few eps here and there. He was kind of cool in the finale.

Decent season finale but I’d like to see some aftermath scenes of it all. Maybe it will carry into season three?

Not yet but it’s on the list. Now that this is over I’ll probably start it

Billy Bob’s character could well be the best character Sheridan has come up with.

Just got through the season 2 premiere. Did this show just get really dumb? A cartel kidnaps a member of Congress? The US sends one, small QRF team and they kill a boatload of Mexican police and soldiers? Taylor Sheridan is compelled to show off his guns? Woof.

I tried the pilot earlier this year and knew it wasn’t gonna be for me.

I don't know, the role of his character in Lioness is exactly like the guys I had interactions with in real life. Older "contractor" types that aren't officially in the military but are still good at their job and think they are badass. He pretty much nailed this one.

My main issues were with the plot. Sheridan is actually a competent actor but his presence was distracting. Were I not familiar with him, it wouldn’t have been an issue.

I think that’s part of my problem with him showing up in all these shows. Whatever he’s playing he’s always the best of the best at it.

yeah, i kinda hated s2 finale and kinda feels the whole season had 4 great eps and then its kind of a mess

That’s was kinda an odd ending

Yeah S2 was a mess. The highs were great but then it seemed very disjointed

The good thing about this show is the casting keeps it at least interesting. S2 wasn’t as good but if most are back for S3 it will be one I’ll look forward to
