for me personally i never liked him in the least. take away all his conservative policies and i still wouldnt like him. add in the fact he admitted he forced himself on women and it literally boggles my mind how people could vote for him

Many of us had TDS before it was cool, back in 2003 when it was called Bush Derangement Syndrome. The triggers were more real and unfortunately we only got a placebo with Obama.

Maybe. The Bush years were ROUGH and arguably paved the way for the widened divide of red team/blue team politics. His policies of warmongering and the financial crisis bookended his two terms in a way that eroded trust in institutions long before Trump and co came along. The neocons he played with were dangerous in a uniquely scary way.

Trump is no good, but I see the appeal in more ways than I did for Bush. Or at least, I see the tendency for his haters to conflate their TDS fears of "racism" and "fascism" with what he actually stands for, which (I think) is upending the status quo(?) that Bush kinda started.

He blew up a whole country and killed a million people, maybe on accident. Of course Bush was worse. The fact that it's even a debate is proof that TDS is real.

I still can't believe the Democrats bragged that Dick Cheney was going to vote for Harris. What an irredeemable piece of shit.
