This leans into an irrational hatred of mine, and that's food photography. Particularly now with social media. It's like, "LETS MAKE THIS LOOK RIDIIIICULOUSLY SUCCULENT, MESSY, SAUCY, HUUUUGE". It's everywhere. And hilariously inauthentic to what the actual product looks like. It's nothing new, it just seems to be more decadent and extreme in today's advertising landscape.
