House was pretty good until it wasn't.

This is not formulaic like House or Grey's Anatomy. I happened to like the formula of House but yes, it got tiresome after a while. I never liked Grey's Anatomy's formula. This show takes place during a whole day in The Pitt. Each episode is one hour of that day, and it's very realistic.

Instead of hospital shows, we need more HBO shows about rich people being depraved. There just isn't enough.

I've never really enjoyed medical drama, but heard enough buzz on this to give it a watch and it was quite good


Although I wish I had given some thought to what an HBO Medical drama would be able to get away with in showing injuries beforehand.

I've never really cared for any medical show, but a few friends kept bugging me to watch this, and damn, it's good. Love the pacing and (seemingly) realistic dialogue going on. Mad respect for ER doctors.

I do genuinely feel bad, but you did ask us to rank characters in a completed season of TV, I thought it was all on the table.

I knocked out 3 episodes tonight and had zero hope for some of these patients thanks to ST.
