You would be wrong on that. I’ve given blood multiple times thru the years. Admittedly, it has been a while since I did it last, I’ve probably donated 6-8 times.

Never really paid attention. It never seemed as important to remember like a social security number or something.

Your dad has it backwards. A+ is commoner blood. Gutter blood. B- is much rarer

*had maids growing up like many families in Colombia do but now has a cleaning lady come in once a week to clean the tiny city condo that he rents, and as stated earlier in the thread also has gutter commoner blood
