also great in this context, but I always stir everything together before eating a salad so it's not like I'm getting virgin chunks there either

i see where chris is coming from, plain avo is just okay. but hit it with a little s&p, some lemon juice, maybe a sprinkle of cumin and it's really something. and its texture is one of its main assets, nothing quite like it.

some potential conflicts:

i love salmon sushi but have grown to dislike cooked salmon

i like tunafish & crackers, when it's cooked tuna from a can, chopped up, and mixed with mayo, etc; but have grown to dislike tuna sushi

When there's trays of sushi and the options are chicken, tuna or salmon, and the salmon is only like $1 more, it's an easy win for salmon.

I love tuna, but not so much in my sushi.

That sounds dope. Over here it's just bog-standard tuna every time.

Wouldn't be a problem if I carried a bottle of sriracha on me at all times. Which I probably should, to be fair.

I’m the opposite. I haven’t been able to eat tuna from a can in years.

Yeah I’ve noticed a lot of cooked tuna rolls. Which are fine, but I’m talking the red raw stuff with a little spicy sauce.

i do like spicy tuna rolls

that said the tuna almost unrecognizable at that point bc is mixed with crunchy stuff and spices

smoked salmon i view differently than cooked salmon, ello

smoked salmon is it’s own thing

smoked i will do on the right occasion, if i am in the right mood

but when i see cooked salmon at this point it just strikes me as a waste

'Low Country Boil' makes me queasy

i like most of those ingredients individually

but all together in one bowl is a sin against christ
