easiest tip i have got was to make eye contact along the back wall of the room and move your eyes back and forth. it makes it look like you are looking at everyone and takes some of the anxiety away

I had a professor who did this when I went back to school to learn accounting. Only problem is the room was wider than it was deep so it basically was obvious she was looking over everyone’s heads to the back of the room.
