Id say Jeff just for song writing credits but a lot of the songs are elevated to upper echelon by Stones intricate guitar work.
And, subsequently, brought back down by most of McCreadys leads and tones.
And BOB...

Jeff for sure. The whole band is performing well but Jeff's writing contributions and playing is top notch.
Stone a close second for his playing but LTRP is awful.
Ed contributes 2 horrible tracks IMHO, LB and FD. Both seems to have been written from a brief. SW and some of his vocal work is top notch though
Matt and Mike are strong too.
