Wow, you were right about the SFIII versions of Release and Sad. Wow.

There was no neutered Garden worth including, eh? Hehe.
That occurred to me after I finished the set. I totally forgot it existed. Oh well. Disc 2 was originally going to close with "Porch" from the first Milwaukee show but I decided to go with RITFW instead because it felt more right for some reason.

For day 3 of Matt Reeder's 12 Days of Christmas, I present to you a remaster of one of my favorite overlooked shows, 3/18/1995. Here's the link: http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=48796
And here's the show info:
-----------------------
PEARL JAM
March 18, 1995
Sidney Myers Music Bowl
Melbourne, Australia

Source: Sony PC-62 > Sony WM-D3 > cass-M > cass-2 > DAT-M
Transfer: DAT-M > Archive Python DDS Drive > DAT2WAV 1.2 > WAV
Conversion/Editing: WAV > Adobe Audition 1.0
(48KHz -> 44.1KHz, Fade In/Out) > CDWav > FLAC
Remaster: mareede

Disc One:
01. Corduroy
02. Whipping
03. Last Exit
04. Tremor Christ
05. Spin the Black Circle
06. Animal
07. Dissident
08. State of Love and Trust
09. Daughter/(Stupid Mop)/(ABitW-II)
10. Blood
11. Jeremy
12. Why Go
13. I Got Shit
14. Rearviewmirror
15. Better Man
16. Improv
17. Not For You
18. Go

Disc 2:
01. Alive
02. Once
03. Satan's Bed
04. Footsteps
05. Porch
06. Throw Your Arms Around Me
07. Yellow Ledbetter
08. Baba O'Riley

Notes: This is the only known source of this show. There was a tape flip between Jeremy
and Why Go, and another after Alive.
---------------------------------------
This seed is being distributed with this text file, a set of FLAC fingerprints and the
shntool length report.

Thanks to cps for the DAT.

I want to thank Leehro for transferring this way back in the day. I took it upon myself to remaster the recording - I did some light EQ and I corrected the speed to where it should be.

This is such a cool show. Here are my notes on ZOMB:
Here's a remaster of one of the most obscure Pearl Jam shows out there. This was the day after the famous 3/17/95 show that everybody has. The recording isn't fantastic but is definitely listenable. I spent a few hours making it more listenable. I corrected the speed and did some light EQ and I'm pretty happy with the results.

What's cool about this show? Lots. For one, it has the only known tag of "Stupid Mop" on "Daughter", the only known time they ever played any of it. It has a fantastic setlist overall with many songs rarely performed in 1995 such as "Once", "Yellow Ledbetter" and a bizarre, 10 minute version of "Baba O'Riley" that sounds very unrehearsed.

Overall, this is a fantastic show and one I think most PJ fans will love if you can overlook the very loud fans surrounding the taper on occasion.
Enjoy everybody!

Thanks, Matt, definitely grabbing this one.

Man, I'd love to see some of the shows from that Asia/Australian/NZ tour officially released: the tracks on the PJ20 soundtrack are such a tease.

Very interesting show. This is, in fact, the only version of Baba O played between the spring of 94 and the summer of 98. It's for sure the weirdest version they ever played of it. The mamasan trilogy broken up by...Satan's Bed? Thanks Matt.

It's funny listening to the stupid mop tag...my sense is the crowd's like, what the fuck's going on, and you can sort of sense the relief when he goes into ABitW and everybody starts singing along again.

The official website doesn't even have a setlist for this show: http://pearljam.com/setlists/1010/1995/ ... music_bowl

Today's gift is 2 Sonic Youth sets from the Washing Machine tour. I'll post a link later. As I said, not every one of my gifts is going to be Pearl Jam.

they did that setlist archive half arsed. The one that was here was so much better, easily searchable, it was great. It even had source info for recordings and artwork if people wanted to create there own cd's. It was a sad day for me when it was shut down due to the "official site" as I used it often.

------------------------------
Here are three awesome shows from the Washing Machine tour. All three of them are sourced from decent audience recordings - not great, but not bad. The Philadelphia headlining set (10/18/1995) sounds pretty good - I'm guessing it was taped from close to the stage. All three shows are outstanding and the setlists cover most of Sonic Youth's career up to this point, absent a lot of the 1988-1992 stuff they were tired of playing at this point. This is my favorite Sonic Youth tour. Download these three shows and you'll see why.

Sonic Youth are one of my favorite bands. I'll torrent something else from them during my 12 Days of Christmas at some point. I hope some of you dig it.

Day 5 of the 12 Days of Christmas comes a little late for most of you. My apologies!
This one goes out to all you Soundgarden fanatics out there. Here are 2 good DAT audience audios from the end of the Down on the Upside Tour. There are better shows on this tour but these two are really good.

Here they are:
------------------------------
SOUNDGARDEN
November 29, 1996
Mesa Amphitheater
Mesa, AZ, USA

Source: DAT audience audio [CoreSoundBinaurals > Sony D-8]
Generation: DAT(1) > CDR(x) > WAV [EAC secure] > CDWAV [tracksplit] > FLAC [8]
Quality: 8.5
Time: 101 minutes

Tracklist:
1. Spoonman
2. Searching With My Good Eye Closed
3. Let Me Drown
4. Pretty Noose
5. Burden In My Hand
6. My Wave
7. Ty Cobb
8. Black Hole Sun
9. Outshined
10. Rusty Cage
11. Fell On Black Days
12. Helter Skelter
13. Boot Camp
14. Blow Up The Outside World
15. Search And Destroy
16. Hands All Over
-----------------
17. Slaves And Bulldozers
18. encore break
19. Dusty
20. Jesus Christ Pose

Encoded February 2009.

Notes: Great show, one of the best of the DOTU era. Great sound too!

Link: http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=48810
=======================================================
SOUNDGARDEN
December 01, 1996
Universal Amphitheater
Los Angeles, CA, USA

Source: DAT audience audio [CoreSoundBinaurals > Sony D-8]
Generation: DAT(1) > CDR(x) > WAV [EAC secure] > CDWAV [tracksplit] > FLAC [8]
Quality: 8.0
Time: 98 minutes

Tracklist:
1. Spoonman
2. Searching With My Good Eye Closed
3. Let Me Drown
4. Pretty Noose
5. Burden In My Hand
6. My Wave
7. Ty Cobb
8. Black Hole Sun
9. Outshined
10. Rusty Cage
11. Fell On Black Days
12. Helter Skelter
13. Boot Camp
14. Blow Up The Outside World
15. Search And Destroy
16. Waiting For The Sun
17. Hands All Over
-----------------
18. Slaves And Bulldozers
19. encore break
20. Dusty
21. Jesus Christ Pose

Encoded February 2009.

Notes: Interesting show. "Waiting For The Sun" is a surprise, having not been performed since early in the European tour. This is a DAT rip and should be the *ONLY* copy traded from now on. Earlier versions out there were sourced from a lossy source that cut off in-between song banter. Trade this one freely!

Link: http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=48811
-----------------------------------------------------------
Hopefully all you trading Soundgarden fans out there will dig these two. Tomorrow brings more surprises for everyone so stay tuned!

Here's the first of today's gifts: http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=48839
------------------------------
ARCADE FIRE
Bootleg Mixtape 2005 - 2013

Sources: Miscellaneous
Time: 79:57
Quality: Good to Excellent

Setlist:
1. Wake Up [Live on XFM UK, 3-07-2005]
2. In the Backseat [Live on XFM UK, 3-07-2005]
3. My Heart is an Apple [Berlin, 5-20-2005]
4. Vampire / Forest Fire [Live on KCRW-FM, 1-17-2005]
5. Intervention [Live on KCRW-FM, 1-17-2005]
6. Born on a Train [Live on KCRW-FM, 1-17-2005]
7. Sleeping in a Submarine [Lollapalooza, 7-24-2005]
8. Neighborhood #3 (Power Out) [White Session, France, 3-09-2005]
9. Rebellion (Lies) [White Session, France, 3-09-2005]
10. Keep the Car Running [Live on BBC-FM, 6-29-2007]
11. Neon Bible [Live on BBC-FM, 6-29-2007]
12. Surf City Eastern Block [Melbourne, 1-30-2008]
13. Suburban War [Bologna, 9-02-2010]
14. Normal Person [live on NPR, 10-28-2013]
15. Here Comes the Night Time [live on NPR, 10-28-2013]
16. The Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) [live on NPR, 10-28-2013]

Notes: Culled from my Arcade Fire collection, this disc represents a different look at Arcade Fire's career from their beginnings to now. This is as good a compilation as you will find in lossless format. I tried to mix up standards like "Wake Up" with obscure tracks like "Surf City Eastern Block" (a seldom-played Neon Bible b-side). The only downside to this disc is that it is absent some of the really obscure AF stuff out there that only exists in mp3, like the 2001 demos or the live recording of "Cars and Telephones". Hopefully somebody will surface lossless copies of those one day. Until then, enjoy this!

I keep checking this thread in hopes that you have gotten back to it, but it seems the 12 days are frozen like my nutsack in this -5 degree cold

My upload speed is more frozen than your nutsack. That's part of why I had to stop - it was taking forever to torrent anything. I have a list of things I would like to upload, such as a Weezer tape from 2000, a Soundgarden bootleg mixtape and a Foo Fighters bootleg from 1995 that I haven't seen out there.

Actually, I'm about to upload my masterpiece - a 7 disc Smashing Pumpkins bootleg mix. I'll share a tracklist and then upload link sometime in the next 48 - 72 hours. :)
