Re: Disney Parks
Orlando is a lot like LA, but without the great weather and beaches.Just replace the sunshine with humidity and the beaches with a giant swamp.

Yeah, winters in Orlando were the worst. All of those seventy-five degree days in a row. It's like there's no end in sight...

Re: Disney Parks
It never bothered me. I grew up with Chicago winters, and I'd take Orlando summers over that any day. Hell, one summer I didn't even have air conditioning.
I kinda love Orlando. I'm probably moving back there next week.

I've only ever been to Disney World. Went back last year with my little siblings. We had a blast!

Re: Disney Parks
I'm about 5 minutes from Disney Land but haven't been. Do they have EPCOT and all that other stuff too, or is it just the Magic Kingdom?

It's one park, a lot smaller, and apparently a lot more charming.

It's just the Magic Kingdom, no Epcot or Animal Kingdom. I believe there's something called "Adventure Park" now which is separate?BurtReynolds wrote:I'm about 5 minutes from Disney Land but haven't been. Do they have EPCOT and all that other stuff too, or is it just the Magic Kingdom?
DisneyWorld is much bigger, and includes Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and several water parks. Of course, each of those comes with their own price (or a pricier all-in-one ticket package).
If anyone is going to DisneyWorld or Land, let me know and I can try and get you in for free.
