Broncos D is looking much tougher recently. No 12th man distractions to deal with. Lots of receiver options for Peyton.

It may be close for awhile. But, I think Denver takes this one by a good margin when it's over.

So much this. If the Broncos keep up their excellent job at stopping the run and force Wilson to air it out in the pocket I'll really like their chances to win.
I have a feeling that when the season's over that we'll find out Wilson has an injury. He did not seem very enthused about leaving the pocket and taking off for a run on Sunday. That's an essential part of his game and it keeps the pass rushers in their lanes and doesn't let the linebackers drop as far back. Hopefully the week of rest helps.

The Seahawks and 49ers were the two best teams in the NFL this year.
Lynch has a big game. Peyton throws a couple of picks. Seahawks by 10.
But I kinda hope I'm wrong.

Seattle's probably the better overall team, but if Manning finds ways to pick at this defense here and there, doesn't turn the ball over, and Lynch doesn't run all over the defense the Broncos should win this thing. That's a lot of ifs, though.

It's hard to see this game not coming right down to the end.

I was going with the NFC to win it all regardless of the match-up, so I'll stick with Seattle. I think that the Niners and 'Hawks are better than Denver or New England.

Power has tilted in favor of the NFC.

Seahawks 30 - 20. Manning hasn't faced a defense close to as good as ours.*

*But i can easily see the Broncos winning this game.

after exhaustive research, being a life long bronco fan and growing up in Denver, I say:

Denver 27
Seattle 17

The key to this game will be pressure on Manning. If Seattle can cover receivers and he doesn't get passes off quickly, our rush will get home for sacks because he can't run away from them (like a Kaep or Newton can).

Seahawks by 10 (pending sketchy "Protect Peyton's legacy / hold Seattle down" officiating a la' SBXL and Jerome Bettis).

Game time temp is said to be in the 30s. And they're making a big deal about the cold?

Which is why the Super Bowl's always been played in either a dome or warm-weather climate.

This is what I'm thinking. The Seattle D is nasty, and I think they rattle Manning. However, Manning is damn good, and finds ways to win, so what do I know? Still, I think the Seattle D knocks Manning off his game a bit, and edge out a win but with the Broncos threatening to take the lead / tie the game close to the end.

how often are games postponed b/c its cold or snow? did you see the lions at philly this year? this stuff makes football exciting. its also fun to play in. i dunno why you would put the super bowl in north jersey and postpone it if conditions arent perfect. i thought thats part of the reason they put it there in the first place.

how is moreno's health? he seemed to be lighting it up before he left the last game.

Hey guys, has anyone heard any jokes about Washington and Colorado being both states with legal pot, and playing in a BOWL? Oh man, I cant believe the internet hasn't caught on to that line of jokes!

Holy shit, people ask the dumbest questions. I wouldn't blame Marshawn Lynch for spending $100,000 just to relieve himself from this stupidity.
