I might visit here more often . My city, after my whole life so far, finally got a real cinema. It is great for now we can be there within five minutes walking . Tuesday we saw the premiere of Les Misérables, and even though I don't like musicals, I loved this movie! We saw The Hobbit twice now, once in normal 3-D and once with HFR. I liked it even better the second time. And Life of Pi. Would not recommend that one to everybody but I liked it.
Based on the two songs I heard from the soundtrack so far, and the trailer I saw three times now on the big screen, I am also looking forward to The Great Gatsby. And we still want to see Skyfall. I hope it is okay that some of the ones I mentioned are still from 2012.
Other than that, there is this Dutch movie based in Rotterdam about a couple of old guys joining the marathon. That one is on my list as well

I hate Ryan Gosling, but it's an irrational hatred.

I will watch pretty much any new diCaprio movie. In fact, I'll be watching Django again this Saturday.

I hate that Spike Lee is having a go at Oldboy, but I know I'll watch it because of Josh Brolin.

I auditioned for this last year via Let it Cast. I'm not saying my acting chops are the best, but man I expected more out of myself. I couldn't stand watching myself in my audition tape. I was so bad. I hated myself.

Then I watched this trailer about a month ago, and listened to the actors (James Deen for christ sake) recite the dialogue, and then realized how intentionally bad it is. Or maybe Ellis wrote a pile of shit and didn't realize it was a pile shit until his actors performed it. Anyway, I didn't feel so bad afterwards, because I was trying to perform dialogue that was generic and awful.

Anyway, the more I look into Easton Ellis, the more I'm turned off by him and his sex-obsessed youth culture in southern california. And does anyone read the man's tweets? Either he pushes buttons to be playful or he's just a flat out insufferable asshole.

He might be both, playful and insufferable...still the man has talent. Lunar Park is amazing.
