if it's over a couple inches deep you'll start to skid out and your car can get stuck

driving over it packs it down and then it turns into ice; so it gets dangerous and stays around a lot longer

Entirely acceptable. Renaming threads, and moving threads that fit the forum requirements is overstepping your bounds however. I dont care for your posting style, so i can either foe or choose to ignore. You however are stepping far beyond that simply because you're a moderator.
