I've been looking at getting some balance to the old "eco system". I've heard making your own yoghurt and using good quality macrobiotics can do the job. I'll give it a go and will report back on the process, and the results.

Flatulence is supposed to be a healthy affliction Kaius. Some food makes you stinky and some don't. You can't argue with how good it feels to pass a healthy fart, you know? I wouldn't restrict farting from your daily life - but if your farts are embarrassing or messy - then that might be an indication that you're eating things that do that to you. If everything seems to do it to you, then you are eating something regularly that is causing the gas. Start a process of elimination - pun not intended.

I haven't really Googled anything in awhile. I've Binged everything lately.

Oh and I hope I'm not sounding pretentious by giving you fart advice!! I always thought fart advice was funny on the internet. So much better than real live farting advice.

Oh my farts certainly aren't messy. So it seems my gas passing is a normal, healthy function. Well, I asked for it so you're not being pretentious.

That's good. Messy farts is a good indication of something more digestively intense going on.
