I don't hate it. There is nothing to hate. I listened to it on the way to work this morning and find it dull. Uninteresting lyrics. Plodding music. No real melody. There are quite a few pj songs I'm not a big fan of that people love, but where I understand the draw--faithful and sleight of hand, for instance. I just don't see, even a little bit, what would draw anyone to this song, let alone declare it one of their best

I hate Christmas stuff out of season, but I voted for it anyway.

you don't think FoN has good lyrics and a nice melody in the chorus?

The lyrics and chorus of that song are highly reminiscent of this guy:

if that guy was important enough for me to know, McParadigm would have already posted 30 pictures of him.

:haha:

In The Moonlight - That groove. That guitar riff and time signature. Its clunky and claustrophobic (sexy) and then the chorus opens up to this beautiful and spacious landscape. "A night bird is following you" is perfectly fitting for the way the chorus opens up. Its haunting and somewhat creepy but always sexy.

Go to bed stip.

When the riff changes in the outro I get a woody.

In the Moonlight is one of this band's most UNDERRATED songs. It's pretty freakin' great and it makes me sad that we haven't had much Matt songwriting from the past 2-3 albums. The Matt songs from Binaural, Riot Act and Lost Dogs are all gems.

I gave this a few more spins on the way home and decided that I like the chorus.

This song also reminds me a bit of let it ride
