It wasn't the greatest season, but "The Gang Dines Out" is a masterpiece.

it definitely had a few very good episodes, but nowhere near the consistency and overall solidness of the other seasons

yeah I guess it was a bit weak in retrospect, but I think charlie's mom has cancer, frank's back in business, and charlie rules the world were all great. The gang dines out was good not great. even the cereal defense was good, so yeah the last half of that season is pretty solid.
