Fun fact: the original name for the character Dr. Strange was Dr. Stephen Weird. Stan Lee had to talk Steve Ditko into changing it at the very last minute.

I'm 99% certain that if Blood Father was a well known haunted-by-his-past comic book hero whose origin story involved the death of his estranged daughter, and this was the teaser trailer for said origin, it would have its own 3 page thread full of people summarizing their excitement levels by now.

Which is in no way a statement about the quality of Blood Father, one way or the other.
