It's amazing how many people think The Onion is real, just read some of the comments on their FB posts to get an idea.

Just a sampling from that article's FB comment thread:

"This is hateful, disgusting and, above all TASTELESS! Mark my words, The Onion will be hemorrhaging subscribers over this!"

Thats not half as bad as some of the comments on real articles. The volume of "just keep them all in Africa and let it do its job" type shit is through the roof.
