I like Dante's Peak. It goes off the rails towards the end but most of it is very enjoyable. I've only seen the first 10 minutes of Volcano. Maybe I'll finish it someday.

Deep Impact and Armageddon are both terrible, but I'll give the edge to the latter because it least it has a little fun to it (and an awesome cast). DI is just sappy, melodramatic, ultra-serious bullshit.
