Jar of Flies is one of the most overrated records of all time.

There's three very good songs on there (Rotten Apple, Nutshell, No Excuses) but the rest of it is totally forgettable.

I think I prefer Sap to Jar Of Flies but honestly I haven't heard either for at least 15 years.
