They're too old. Considering how "prolific" he is most of the band will be dead by the time he writes an album worth of songs.

musically You Are is pretty cool, but they turned it into a somewhat boring song. You Are is a great example of a song I really tried to convince myself was awesome when Riot Act came out because I wasn't sure when I was getting any more.
