Seconded Blade Runner.
It just surprises me when vermin and I agree on a movie. It's so rare, it's hard to believe.malice wrote:legend is pretty bad, guys
Yes this has happened to me many times (more with music than movies however), but that would be 'movies you feel you should like', not 'movies you wish you would like'.durdencommatyler wrote:You've never seen something that should have been up your alley but wasn't? I think that's fucking weird.

and here you felt like you just didn't get RM anymore@SkitchP wrote:Thanks for the support guys!
So the mathematical answer would be:theplatypus wrote:It could also mean "Movies you wish were good". Sometimes you look forward to something and it's just disappointing as fuck. Basically, the title is fine and Heathen should go fuck himself.
your welcome@SkitchP wrote:Thanks for the support guys!
i wish i liked all of them more; it'd be fun to want to rewatch them every now and then.durdencommatyler wrote:The Lord of The Rings. The third one. I liked the first two a lot.
i prefer two and three to one.durdencommatyler wrote:The Lord of The Rings. The third one. I liked the first two a lot.
I actually prefer the theatrical release of the first LOTR to the extended edition. In the "Keep it secret, keep it safe" --> "is it secret, is it safe?" part there's just too much going on in the extended edition. The quicker edits of the theatrical release work much better.malice wrote:i prefer two and three to one.durdencommatyler wrote:The Lord of The Rings. The third one. I liked the first two a lot.
I've got the extended edition boxed set and have watched it a few times - two and three are much better to me, but mainly because of the extra scenes included in the extended edition, and that they attempted to shoehorn more of Tolkien's own dialog into the script in those scenes. (although usually spoken by the wrong people, but whatever, at least it's in there)
Exactly. I get excited FOR people that get excited about rewatching them every now and then. But I just can't muster the strength/energy/desire. And that makes me a little bit sad.spike wrote:i wish i liked all of them more; it'd be fun to want to rewatch them every now and then.durdencommatyler wrote:The Lord of The Rings. The third one.
