Some favorites off the top of my head:
Weezer, "Say It Ain't So"
Weezer, "Buddy Holly"
The Beatles, "Something"
The Beatles, "We Can Work It Out"
Bob Dylan, "Just Like a Woman"
The Who, "Who Are You" (not sure if that part with the synths and the ooh-wah-oohs in the middle counts as a bridge, but I love it)
And a completely random one, I always really liked the bridge in Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry," despite finding the song overall kind of grating.
