I can see some backlash & criticism coming, particularly from conservative viewers & groups, but wouldn't that seem like a natural progression for two guys who have been in a long term relationship and are raising a daughter together in a state that now recognizes gay marriage?
With South Park & It's Always Sunny on now with their abbreviated cable season along with MF and The Middle (I'm probably in the minority here liking that show but so what?) Wednesday's a pretty strong viewing night for me this fall.
Oh its not the gay thing that bothers me...im not a conservative type of guy...its just that the show sucks. Its obvious, its not good writing, not good acting..nothing seems good there.
Hell, the show is fucking conservative!! ...that view of the gay couple, such a cliché...

Last night's episode felt too gimmicky but was also actually good for a few laughs, mostly from Phil. Ty Burrell continues to kill it in that role. Still felt like an Apple commercial at times but not as obviously so as the iPad one from a couple seasons ago.

I found last night's episode unwatchable. I bailed before the first commercial break.

Yeah it's awful. 30 minute Apple commercial.

I think I've watched MF only 3 or 4 times and they've all sucked

It's been a yawn fest all season but the show this week in the house that was for sale was pretty good.

It was probably the best one of the season so far but it was still one of the lesser farce episodes they've done from time to time. Ty Burrell continues to be the show's MVP.
I probably should check Life in Pieces; I've heard a couple others say good things about it.

Life in Pieces is easily my favorite new show. Every episode has been really good. I just hope they eliminate one character/story arc:
- Spoiler: show
- Jordan Peele's character's story is ridiculous.

Ha. Yeah, I agree. But man, the rest of that show is funny.

Couldn't find a torrent of this yet so we checked out the teaser on youtube. My wife asked who the hell recommended this and requested that I not take any more advice from them.
I thought it looked like the Steve Martin Parenthood movie in the early 90s.

Harsh. She is very unforgiving and rarely likes any new show.
