I used to skip Alive, and not think much about it. Ever since some remixed versions 'RVM' and the 'Redux', new life has come into the song. The ending jam is really good, and the stripped down version of the redux suites it better (for me anyway).
Still though, I think Go is better. The studio version is soooooo good.

Go is fine but it's the single most overrated song from the catalog.

I'm tired of Alive whilst I never tire of Go. The opening jam still gets the blood pumping. I love this performance.

Alive will always be "home" for me. Its such a great song. Its why im here.
That being said : Ill reach for Go every time. Ill seek out versions just to hear his rip roaring screams.
Go excites me. Alive comforts me.

The way Ed bellows "don't go on MEEEEEEEEEE" on live versions circa 1993-1994 is seriously riveting, it's like an air-raid siren.
