then again, when i hear got some, i immediately forget what it sounded like after it ends.

so i guess i'll vote for got some, then.

this is latter-day pearl jam we're talking about, so the stakes aren't very high

unless stip is involved, in which case he has to make difficult decisions about some of pearl jam's best material

I agree with dct on this one. And Got Some sounds EXACTLY like that Devo song.

Eddie's is more downbeat, but I see what you mean. It doesn't bother me, though.

So one little part of a Pearl Jam song reminds you of one little part of Shania Twain song. Fine. Fair enough, I guess. I'm just saying I've never made that connection. It's never sounded that way to me, consciously. And I OWN two Shania Twain CDs fuckers. So I should know.
