this is a good album, in the same way Collapse Into Now was a good album: it's amazing how Blur (and REM) were able to recapture most of the things they'd been good at, so late into their career

I don't think it's their best album though; I agree with people saying it's 13

I like Modern Life is Rubbish, too

Blur didn't have a bad album
