How far in advance prior to SA? I was curious if they were supposed to play festival d'ete in Quebec City in July. It would have made sense since Matt had the festival in Kitchen, ON with Soundgarden around that time.lowlight79 wrote:As far As I know, the band did plan to hit quebec and another town prior to the SA tour, but I guess those plans never came to be.
I don't know exactly when, but Quebec in July seems too early. But who really knows at this point. Shit leaks out, stuff get scheduled, stuff doesn't. BTW, all these people talking about the global citezen fest. I have heard nothing about them playing there.TouringReg wrote:How far in advance prior to SA? I still don't think if they're playing Global Citizen that it will be the only show. I doubt a charity festival pays anything and it doesn't make sense for a band that enjoys a quick pay day like PJ to haul all their gear across the country for it to be a stand alone show.
Cool, thanks for sharing the info. I think a show or two on the way to the Global Citizens Festival (I think it's Sept 26) would make sense.lowlight79 wrote:I don't know exactly when, but Quebec in July seems too early. Maybe to some but to me Mexico is more south then north. Central America but wouldn't call it north. Canada is north the states is north once you get passed that Mexican border I'd say your pretty south.
I mean, it doesn't take a Mexican living in Canada to know where the equator is and identify countries that lie north of it.Simple Torture wrote:Weeks later, I realized Rafa would have been the perfect person the settle the Canada/Mexico thing.
