So apparently I was randomly selected by Washington to attend a scrimmage thingy vs. Houston, in Richmond. I guess a few (all?) teams do this with each other. I've never done anything like this, has anyone ever gone to training camp stuff? I mean, I've seen the reports on TV, but I generally don't pay much attention to things until the first pre-season game, and even then it's kinda minimal.

Yes, the Pats scrimmage other teams in the NFC on occasion. I've never been (have seen TV reports), but it's likely to be a very hot and crowded affair. If the venue has good parking and you can make a quick getaway if things get boring I'd go for it. Otherwise, stay home.

I was hoping to start the 2015 thread. It worked out well for me, last year. Damn vacation.

Seahawks lock up Bobby Wagner for 4 years beyond this season.

Their window for another championship is looking pretty solid. After our last round of posts I checked their cap again and they're still paying Percy Harvin this season, meaning the only real "new money" in the two signings is Wilson's money. Impressive.

Isn't their defense, like, all suspended?
