I feel like I can almost recognize the actress, but I also think the movie might be holy motors. Or maybe the person was having an affair and left one lover on the balcony and returned to the other on the street.

3 is instantly recognizable, but there are lots of movies where a little kids gets beat up, and I can't think of which one that is. Forrest Gump, Jumanji, ummm.... The problem is that scene probably happens in the first 10 minutes of the movie and then he grows up, but maybe not... I know I remember the kid. It could be spiderman even, or a jim carrey comedy or something...

I feel like I have probably seen 4, 11, and 15, but both have 11 and 15 have very unhelpful screenshots.
