meh.
Why meh?
Not sure. Just wasn't moved at all. It wasn't bad to be sure. But just didn't crab me.
Nothing worse than going to a concert with a gay friend and coming home with crabs

I thought the show last night in Minneapolis was really good. The crowd was into it, the band sounded great, Matt seemed to be having fun. The crowd went wild for "I'm the Man to Be" and the cover of "She Drives Me Crazy". I met Brent after the show, he gave me a set list and put a sweet autograph on it. I also met the other band members, but didn't get to see Matt after the show. All in all it was pretty much all I was hoping it would be.

Matt Berninger looks like an idiot with those glasses and hair. It's staining my perception of The National.

Look, I like The National, but they've very obviously always been a hipster band.

After not listening to the El Vy album for quite some time, it came on in my car last week and really caught my attention again. It really is a fantastic record. I've been really drawn into "No Time to Crank the Sun". There is something really special about that song, and I really love it. I'm also really into "Careless". "Sad Case" into "Happiness, Missouri" is just a groovy motherfucker too. This really has become my favorite album of 2015, BY FAR. Really.

Yeah man, it's fucking great. "I'm the Man To Be" is probably my favorite, but "No Time..." is pretty close.
