I assume single shows will be burnt to order and a box set would be silver pressed.

Awesome news! Hopefully the CD's drop around tax return time or sooner -- that's usually the best time to justify buying things like these in excess.

I'd split a box with you, Spenno. If we got some more people in it would be pretty economical. We'd all probably have to fight to the death over London and Philly though.

I'd throw in for Mexico City 2 and Calgary
I'd definitely want London and Philly, but I'd also really love Mexico City I (one of my best friends was there and this would be an awesome gift for him), Sao Paolo 2, Ottawa and Halifax.

I'd cede Halifax if somebody wants it more than me. I'd also take one of London / Philly.

Well, this sure got moving fast!
I'd certainly prefer London if I had to choose between the two, I'm not very concerned with getting Philly.
I don't know how many shows I could reasonably commit to right now (probably going to be determined by how much this thing costs) but I would be pretty keen for:
London
St Johns 1 (this and London are probably my most-wanted shows)
Buenos Aires 1
Porto Alegre
