Bree Olson, who lived with Sheen in 2011, said in an interview with Howard Stern that Sheen never told her.
“He never said anything to me,” she said. “I was his girlfriend. I lived with him. We were together. We had sex almost every day for a year.”
Sheen's other girlfriend at the time, Natalie Kenly, told TMZ she also did not know the actor had the virus.

Just read an article on it and he states he has contacted all of his sexual partners since his daignosis and none of them are infected.

Watched the full Charlie Sheen interview. Gotta give it to the guy for not making excuses, for not holding a pity party, for talking bravely and honestly about his vices. I think for the first time Charlie Sheen is actually winning! Keep it up man!
