I'm just hoping this goes a lot better than the last time Peyton Manning played an NFC South team in the super bowl that had never won one yet.

I'll be cheering for the Bronc's but I'd give Carolina about an 80% chance at winning.

Hot defenses tend to dominate Super Bowls. Tampa Bay, Baltimore and Seattle come to mind.

Not really. Carolina gave up 400+ yards against Seattle. And the Cards... well, they got the worst game of Palmer's career. He overthrew Smoke twice on long throws, missed a wide open Floyd 2 or 3 time and then the four picks, all of which were bad decisions by Carson.

I would take Sea or Ari over Den as well, though. So there's that.
