Yeah, but spiritually, it feels way more RA than PRAMG. If I were to include it (which I don't), it would be my #1.

Time doesn't actually exist and really anything can exist in any "point in time" because it's really just human perception, so in a sense LV is completely right.

We could have a pretty great philosophical conversation about the concept of the PRAMG vs the literal meaning of the words but I don't suspect mos of RM is really up for that.

Agreed completely. I'm not including it on my list because it seems so blatantly obvious that it shouldn't be part of that body of work.
