Agreed. It bums me out a little too. I just love Release so much. It's the most important PJ song to me. I fell in love with PJ at 11 or 12 years old because of Release. It wasn't the first PJ song I ever heard, but it impacted my love for music and my taste in music more than any other song ever.digster wrote:The gap of this victory is pretty surprising, I'd say.

I wonder if we picked an obscure winner to win this thing, if that song would feature on the U.S. your a bit more prominently. Not obscure like Other Side. More like Faithful.

And I don't dislike Big Wave. It's in my top 10 PRAMG list. But it doesn't touch pretty much anything PrePRAMG.

Should have been tour. Basically the management are aware of the RM MM and all our previous winners except Insig and TremorC are PJ standards. If we picked Faithful would it feature more live in April?PHATJ wrote:cutuphalfdead wrote:huh?LetMeSleep wrote:I wonder if we picked an obscure winner to win this thing, if that song would feature on the U.S. your a bit more prominently. I honestly didn't know what he was getting at. And I think our vote has zero chance of influencing the set list.durdencommatyler wrote:I knew what you were getting at. Don't listen to these jerks. Re: Round G: Release vs. Dirty Frank vs. Hail Hail
In my bedroom growing up I wrote out the lyrics to Release on a big huge piece of poster paper and stuck it up on the back side of my door.
I was like 13, maybe 12 ... I didn't really know what the song was about at all. Had no clue.
I just voted for Release.

Seriously.
Hail Hail is a fantastic song and I wont mind it winning this but I cant deny that the gap breaks my heart a little.

The gap doesn't mean anything. Everyone could vote for Hail Hail and still consider Release a close second but the gap would still be wide.

I like Release just fine n'all, but it's never been a favorite of mine. Part of me happy Hail Hail is kicking it's ass.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Clearly the subtext of this poll is "fuck that piece of shit Release"
