I was wondering the same. Seems like a third party video production that were given access to a couple of shows. I feel like teaser videos that are for official releases are usually cut much better than that one where it's just song clip > song clip > song clip > song clip > song clip > song clip.
This is Pearl Jam we are talking about....
I don't know, Single Video Theory and Immagine in Cornice were really well done.

I think they will put another DVD/Blu Ray out at some point but I don't see any reason to think this is it.
