I know.

That always surprises me a bit, coming from you. Faithfull is, in general, a much more anti-religious song than Mind Your Manners.Kevin Davis wrote:The lyrics, especially the "boxes of fear" line.stip wrote:evenslow - what are some of those moments. convince me.
Yes you do, now change your vote.Kaius wrote:I voted Hail Hail, but I might like Faithfull slightly more. Idk
Yeah, but it's only in these last rounds.E.H. Ruddock wrote:You seem to be on the losing end of a lot of these, chewmchewm wrote:Faithfull is easily the better song and fuck you all.
I was just kidding -- I thought the lyrics were what you specifically hated about the song, that line in particular (which I also think is awful).stip wrote:That always surprises me a bit, coming from you. I said it earlier in the tourney, and this part really comes through in SVT...stip wrote:evenslow - what are some of those moments. convince me.
This band at the top of their game can be found from about 1:48 - 2:37 on Faithfull. That's a band that really knows how to play together, without overdoing it. They're in the pocket, nice n' easy, but still rock your face off.
Also, BOB's recording of Stone's guitar and Jack's drums are as good as it gets. What a sound!
I like that part as well. The first few lines are very goodKevin Davis wrote:I was just kidding -- I thought the lyrics were what you specifically hated about the song, that line in particular (which I also think is awful).stip wrote:That always surprises me a bit, coming from you. I do like the beginning about the plaque on the wall and the bridges -- what is he on about with that, anyway?

Agreed. Though I'd extend that end time about 2 or 3 seconds I think.evenslow wrote:I said it earlier in the tourney, and this part really comes through in SVT...stip wrote:evenslow - what are some of those moments. convince me.
