So I tried just the regular tea. It smelled like when my oldest has an unfinished glass of sweet tea in her room for 2 months. I didn’t care for the taste. I was really hoping I’d like it, but I’m just not a fan of that fermented taste. It’s why I don’t care for beer or wine.

have you ever had a lambic (sour) beer? it's the same thing with less alcohol.

I'm not big on sour beers but I goddamn love kombucha.

you need to drink better sour beers - the ones that aren’t just pure sourness but where you can taste the base beer. That’s often where breweries mess up.
