This was the beginning of Peak Cornell, which ended with Euphoria Morning. Dude had an amazing run.

Well -- that's fair enough.

Chris Cornell retweeted this...
Question: if it delayed a new Soundgarden/Pearl Jam album by one year, would you still want to see a small reunion tour of TOTD?

Not particularly. I liked Say Hello to Heaven and Hunger Strike, but beyond that the record didn't do all that much for me.

I really want a new SG album...but i feel that a small TOTD tour could be amazing.

Fuck yeah. But they probably wouldn't bring it to Australia.

They can't really tour behind that album, can they? What if they went and did a TOTD2 and it was Prince and Bowie and Motörhead covers?

I'd be into that.

Lets put TOTD to rest. More pearl jam. More soundgarden.

They need to get Timbaland to produce it.

The only way I'd be into it is if they did TOTD, some Soundgarden and some Pearl Jam, while switching up band members and trading instruments throughout.

This would also have the welcome side effect of causing Matt's arms to fall off at the elbow, paving the way for the return of Jack Irons.

Yeah I don't get why this is even a discussion. It was a one-off band as a tribute to a friend. What's the point? The random moments at PJ shows are enough.
