What I mean is that I think B is mistaken - perhaps I've misremembered but I don't believe that picture was stolen from the Pearl Jam website.

I still don't think that's the reason.
I can imagine Pearl Jam (or their management, lawyers, etc) asking RM not to sell something with Eddie Vedder's likeness on it but I'm still pretty certain that graphic originates from RM, not the official site.
