Homer going down the cliff side. It transcends Simpsons, and goes into the upper echelons of comedic bits along with Who's On First and Steve Martin's arrow-through-the-head.
It's a great bit, but you might be going overboard.

No way. That was like a cultural touchstone when it happened, and it still gets referenced by other comedians/writers frequently.

it might be one of the most resonant or culturally significant bits. But it is far from the most funny.
