There was 95% chance that you were going to lose.

Me and a buddy both entered ... unfortunately it was his account that won the drawing, not mine. I have much better 10C number but at least I'm in the building and don't have to worry about tix now.
BS - I have felt that way many times. Like what's the fucking point. But I come back. I always come back. Er, I mean, I never leave.

nah, really am. the past two years i did the digital-log and found the holiday singles on ebay. what's the point now? i never buy anything from them, and really am underwhelmed by them as a band. why support something you really don't enjoy anymore? it's like going to eat at your friend's shitty restaurant just because he's your friend.cutuphalfdead wrote:bullshitbodysnatcher wrote:I'm done after it expires.

Because most of us can afford $20 a year to help that friend, and that friend usually comes through at some point.bodysnatcher wrote:nah, really am. the past two years i did the digital-log and found the holiday singles on ebay. what's the point now? i never buy anything from them, and really am underwhelmed by them as a band. why support something you really don't enjoy anymore? it's like going to eat at your friend's shitty restaurant just because he's your friend.cutuphalfdead wrote:bullshitbodysnatcher wrote:I'm done after it expires.
I'm glad Bammer is in. Local boy makes good. Make sure we get a full report so we can live vicariously. I'm jealous of this one.

Wow. No chance via Ticketmaster.
I had browsers in IE and Chrome up, plus my iPhone app. 0-for-3.

This is basically my attitude as well.
Still really wish I could be in the building for one of these, but it's life.

It's very kind of you both to be paying for your guest's ticket.swan wrote:bodysnatcher wrote:shocker, didn't get tickets. basically just saved $250+

Haha, it's true that when the show comes around I almost never collect half the $ back from friends/my girlfriend on tickets I've bought months ago. That's a weird thing.

Same. I don't mind paying for my g/f, but everyone else needs to open their wallet.swan wrote:Bammer wrote:It's very kind of you both to be paying for your guest's ticket.swan wrote:bodysnatcher wrote:shocker, didn't get tickets. basically just saved $250+

I usually just stare at them when the large bill for our pre-show dinner & many drinks comes, and call it good
