Bought in 1992 for $230k (as I recall) and listed recently for $735k. Sold at $855k.

The final line of the marketing copy (which did not disclose who the owner was) stated "This house ROCKS!"

That's actually kinda been the norm around here lately. It's actually kinda head turning to see anything under a million in quite a few neighborhoods.
