I probably need to walk that statement back a little bit, but not necessarily by much. At the time, other than Dirty Frank, they had no real songs that didn't take itself that seriously. There is a gentle playful mocking tone that was surprising at the time, has a few moments of genuine humor, and has a wry sardonic quality that I find appealing.
