I don't think I've weighed myself since about 1997.
I burst a pair of pants last week so it's probably something I ought to consider doing.

Yup. She's not on it anymore, but she hasn't put any weight on. It really teaches you the value of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and portion control.

Yup. She's not on it anymore, but she hasn't put any weight on. It really teaches you the value of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and portion control.
Portion control has been the biggest change for me, for sure. I haven't even fallen into a regular exercise routine yet, but the lbs are falling off and I feel much better than I have in a long time.
