Made an omelet this morning. Overcooked it but the trade off was a decent fold.

I could eat that (and I mean the whole thing), looks good. Add salad and bread etc and it could easily be shared with 1-2 people.

Yep, birthday. Food was awesome, each course came with a beer pairing too. It was four courses but I forgot to take a pic of the second course (which was mussels).
