It's just never as good as I want it to be. The meat tends to be cheap, and I think that's usually my biggest stumbling block.

I get what he's saying. I don't particularly care about meat quality in a lot of the food that I eat, but I really like spices and other stuff more than meat itself so it's all cool with me.

I had roasted quail again on Saturday.

i absolutely fucking love vietnamese food
and don't get me wrong, that sando looks delicious. but i am a little over Bánh mi
the rest of their elegant delicious shit is what i am into at this point
