I'm definitely agreeing with this. I mean, half the characters Marvel is throwing out are already B-class. Hell even C-Class and D-class at this point.

The movies don't bug me using lesser knowns. The Netflix stuff works because it is so tonally different with at least some relatively known commodities.

Legion worked because it was just so different...

but i agree we are well past saturation point. These shows only work for me as a continuation of the stories told in the movies, a nice supplement to go deeper into parts of the story. That was the only time i even found Agents of Shield tolerable- when they were tying into Winter Solider and Ultron. I just dont care about these characters, and most of them just feel like lesser versions of the main characters in the main universe.

Which is why you need someone dripping with charm and charisma and talent who can elevate the character into something interesting and extraordinary. Someone like... oh, I don't know...
